Hailey Ozarzak PA-C

Hailey joined our practice in August 2024, as part of Dr. Petryk. She grew up in Gahanna and graduated from Bishop Hartley High School. She completed her Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University and graduated from the University of Toledo where she attended Physician Assistant school. She enjoys being outside, traveling, and exploring new cultures. Hailey is very excited to work in family medicine. She is dedicated to learning and has a deep commitment to making a positive impact on patient's health and well-being.
